Coffee and Chile Dry Rub with Stumptown Hair Bender Salt
Ingredients
1/4 cup finely ground dark-roast coffee
1/4 cup chile powder
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons Infused Hair Bender Salt
1 teaspoon cracked Tellicherry Peppercorn
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
Directions
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl, being sure to break up the dark brown clumps.
Liberally sprinkle a thin layer of the rub onto each side of the steak. Let it rub sit for about 2 hours or overnight before cooking with preferred method
