Soft Peach and Amaretto Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
  • 16 oz frozen peach slices
  • 12 oz fat free evaporated milk, chilled to almost frozen 

Directions

  • In a food processor with metal blade, combine White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball Mix and frozen peach slices; churn 1 1/2 minutes. Scrape down sides.
  • With processor running, slowly pour in cold evaporated milk.
  • Churn until well blended, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 minutes
  • Spoon into dessert goblets and serve immediately.
  • Makes 6 servings.
